How do I setup RSVPs for an event?

  1. Click “Events”
  2. Click the event name
  3. Click “RSVPs” tab
  4. Click “RSVP Setup” tab
  5. RSVP Active: check yes to activate RSVPs for this event.
  6. RSVP Series Access: check yes or no. If yes is checked, a user who RSVPs for this event will automatically be RSVP’d for all future occurrences of this event.
  7. Allow Users to RSVP for more than one person: check yes or no
  8. Multiple RSVP Question: this question is asked when the user is RSVPing for more than 1. This question can be edited.
  9. Deadline Date: The last day an RSVP can be submitted for the event.
  10. RSVP Display Message: This message displays on the website event above the “Start” button. This message can be edited.
  11. Free Access for members: check yes or no
  12. Only Members can RSVP: check yes or no
  13. Purchase Settings: allows for ticket purchase for the event. Enter description name and cost of the ticket. If member price differs from non-member, 2 tickets should be added.
  14. Allow access if user has previously purchased: check the box for product the user has previously purchased to allow for admittance to event.
  15. Save changes
