How do I rearrange pages on my website?

  1. To rearrange pages on your website, change the number(s) shown in the display order column.
  2. Type the desired number, and check the box located at the end of the row (this can be done for multiple pages). 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "+" button to expand the "Multiple Entry Changes" box
  4. Click the "Make Changes" button to save. (Lower numerical values indicate the order in which pages are displayed with 0 being displayed first etc.)
 

How do I take multiple pages off my website?

  1. To take multiple pages off of your website, click the check box located at the end of the row for the page you want to change.  (This can be done for multiple pages.)  
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "+" button to expand the "Multiple Entry Changes" box. 
  3. Click the "Change Status to:" dropdown menu and click "inactive". 
  4. Click the "Make Changes" button to save.
 

How do I see all my pages?

  1. To see all your pages, click the "View per Page" dropdown menu and then click "All".
 

How do I search for a page? 

  1. To search for a page, type the word you want to search in the search box.
  2. Click the "Search" button. 
    (You can modify the amount of results by clicking the "Advanced Filter Options" dropdown menu.  With the advanced filter options, you can filter search options by page type, status, start and end dates. To finalize these choices, click the "Apply Filters" button. )
 
 

How do I make changes on a specific page?

  1. To make changes on a specific page, click the page name. This will open up the page for changes. 
 

How do I sort my pages?

  1. Pages can be sorted by title, status, start date and end date. This can be done for each separate category by clicking the category heading. (By clicking the heading changes between ascending and descending order.)
 

Definition of Terms:

Display Order
This shows a numerical value for the placement of pages. Pages with lower numbers assigned to them are displayed before pages with higher numbers (0 being displayed first).
Run Date Start This is the date the page will start displaying on the website.
 End Date
This is the date the page will stop displaying on the website.
This feature is typically assigned to pages with a need to expire and no longer display on the website.
Multiply Entry Changes This allows you to change status and/or page order on multiple pages.
Search and Advanced Filter
This option allows you to search for specific pages; the filter option in the can be expanded by clicking and allows for more detailed search features.
